Making FPT Software’s Marketing Hub Easier to Understand, Navigate and Adopt
How NewNow turned an internal marketing platform into a clearer, more engaging experience through visual storytelling, launch communications and motion design.
For a global technology company, marketing knowledge rarely lives in one place.
Brand guidelines sit in one folder. Corporate presentations live somewhere else. Industry materials, service offerings, social media playbooks, case studies, campaign assets and internal resources continue to grow across teams, markets and business units.
As the organisation scales, simply finding the right asset can become an increasingly complicated task.
FPT Software created Marketing Hub to address that challenge: a centralised destination where employees could discover and access the company’s growing library of brand and marketing resources.
But launching a platform is only the first step.
People also need to understand what it is, why it matters and how it fits into their everyday work.
That was the communication challenge NewNow was brought in to solve.
From an internal platform to an internal brand experience
Marketing Hub was designed as a single source of truth for FPT Software’s brand and marketing assets.
Inside the platform, users could navigate a broad ecosystem of materials—from corporate information and service offerings to industry content, marketing assets, social media resources and other communications tools.
The value of the platform was clear.
The challenge was communicating that value in a way that felt just as intuitive as the product itself.
Instead of approaching the launch as a conventional internal announcement, NewNow looked at Marketing Hub as a product experience that needed its own communication language.
The goal was to transform what could have been a functional introduction into something much more immediate:
What is Marketing Hub?
What can I find there?
Why should I use it?
And how can it make my work easier?Every piece of communication was designed to help answer those questions quickly.
Making complexity feel simple
One of the biggest challenges with a platform like Marketing Hub is that its value comes from its scale.
The more information it contains, the more useful it becomes.
But that same scale can also make the platform difficult to explain.
A long list of features, asset categories and use cases would technically describe Marketing Hub, but it would not necessarily make people want to explore it.
Our task was therefore not simply to visualise the interface.
It was to create a communication system that helped users understand the platform almost instinctively.
NewNow distilled the experience into a straightforward proposition:
Search anything you need.
Around that central behaviour, we built a visual story that gradually introduced the different layers of the Hub.
Users could begin with a simple search and move into a much broader ecosystem of resources:
information about FPT Software;
service offerings;
industry and vertical materials;
marketing assets;
social media playbooks;
case studies and whitepapers;
brand resources;
and other internal marketing tools.
Instead of presenting the Hub as another repository, the communication positioned it as a place for discovery.
A platform that helps people move from “Where can I find this?” to “Here it is.”
Designing the launch infographic
Alongside the motion film, NewNow developed a long-form launch infographic that translated the Marketing Hub experience into a single visual journey.
The format needed to work differently from the video.
Where motion could reveal information progressively, the infographic needed to communicate the entire system within one continuous composition.
We structured the story in layers.
The opening establishes Marketing Hub and its core promise.
The next section explains why the platform exists.
From there, users are introduced to the different types of content available inside the Hub.
Screenshots and asset examples make the platform tangible, while graphic elements maintain visual energy and guide the eye through the page.
The final section brings users back to a clear action: visit the Hub, explore the resources and contact the team if support is needed.
In this way, the infographic functioned as more than an announcement.
It became a compact orientation tool that could continue to explain Marketing Hub after the initial launch moment.
Explaining not only what it is, but why it matters
Another important part of the story was moving beyond functionality.
Marketing Hub was not valuable simply because it contained assets.
Its larger purpose was to create greater consistency across the organisation.
When people can quickly access the latest brand materials, corporate information and marketing resources, teams can spend less time searching and more time creating.
They are also more likely to work from the same source of information.
That matters particularly for a company operating across multiple markets, industries and service lines.
Our communication therefore introduced Marketing Hub not simply as a library, but as:
A reimagined and dynamic space designed to cultivate a culture of brand experience and information consistency.
This idea became an important bridge between the functional benefits of the platform and its broader organisational role.
Marketing Hub helps people find assets.
But more importantly, it helps thousands of individual communications feel like they belong to the same brand.
Communication as part of the product experience
Digital products are often designed carefully while the communication around them is treated as an afterthought.
We believe the two should be connected.
The moment someone first hears about a platform is already part of their experience of that platform.
Before they click.
Before they search.
Before they explore the interface.
Communication is already shaping their expectations.
For FPT Software’s Marketing Hub, NewNow worked to make that first experience feel as clear and useful as the product aimed to be.
By combining information design, visual storytelling and motion, we transformed a complex collection of features and resources into a simple narrative built around discovery.
Find what you need.
Understand where it lives.
And move forward faster.
